Never dried, salted, acidified, or preserved in any way, our bars have expiration dates they wear proudly front and center, and live in the fridge with the rest of your fresh food.

Whole food ingredients and recipes by acclaimed chef Caroline Schiff make each bar taste more like a savory or sweet dish than a bar.
4: Satisfying and Healthy
High in protein, low in sugar, and about 230 calories per bar. We only use whole food ingredients, and never include preservatives, fillers or isolates.
5: Built for Your Life
A Slow Up Bar is the perfect light meal or satisfying snack for anywhere anytime. Take it with you to the park or gym or eat it straight from the fridge. Some Slow Up-ers like to crumble them on salads or top one of our bars with a fried egg.

We make it easy for you to always have fresh food on hand. We’ll ship you new batches of bars every other week, and are happy to customize flavors, order size, and frequency. If our bars aren’t for you, you can cancel anytime.
